TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. (TLC) announces the promotion of Anthony (Tony) Esposito, PE, LEED AP and Aaron Johnson, PE, LEED AP BD+C to Director of Healthcare Operations. 

Anthony (Tony) Esposito began his career with TLC Engineering Solutions 22 years ago as an intern. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received both his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.B.A. in Business Administration. Tony has advanced through the TLC ranks to become a principal of the firm in 2016. In 2017, Tony was selected to serve as the Managing Principal for TLC’s Philadelphia office while continuing to support healthcare operations.

Over the past 22 years, Tony has accumulated an extensive portfolio of clients and marquee projects. A few of his notable projects include AdventHealth Orlando’s Ginsburg Tower, Cleveland Clinic Florida Egil and Pauline Braathen Center, Couva Children’s Hospital and Training Facility, Baptist Health South Florida’s Homestead Hospital, Nemours Children’s Hospital, Wuesthoff Medical Complex, and Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill Leading-Edge Cancer Center.  With this promotion, Tony will continue to be responsible for Philadelphia operations in addition to his expanded duties as Director of Healthcare Operations.

Aaron Johnson joined TLC directly after graduating from Kansas State University with his M.S. in Architectural Engineering in 2006. In 2016, Aaron became a Shareholder in TLC and then in early 2020, based on his exceptional skills and management abilities, Aaron was promoted to Managing Principal for Orlando healthcare operations, TLC’s largest operating unit. Aaron chairs an ASHRAE working group focused on pharmacy design and serves on the ASHRAE 170 Standing Standards Project Committee that provides guidance on ventilation in healthcare facilities. 

Aaron has amassed a long resume of repeat clients and landmark projects. A sample of this list includes the Taneja Center for Surgery and CEP at AdventHealth Tampa, Baptist Hospital of Miami’s Hope Tower and CEP, Baptist Medical Center Clay Hospital and CEP, Cleveland Clinic Tradition Medical Center and CEP, Lakeland Regional Health Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children, Moffitt Cancer Center Central Energy Plant Replacement, and Health First’s Viera Hospital. Recognizing his achievements in the AEC industry, Engineering News Record (ENR) Southeast selected Aaron among the 2021 class of honorees for the annual Top Young Professionals program.
