Matthew is skilled in managing projects from conception to completion while meeting stringent industry standards and regulations.
Kirk Glazer, PE, CEM, BEMP is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP) with a focus on energy savings, including investment-grade energy audits, utility analyses, and energy calculations. He develops energy models and designs spreadsheets to calculate energy savings for various technologies. Additionally, as a registered Professional Engineer, Kirk provides mechanical engineering design to support design efforts.
Shellie Jones serves as Director of Human Resources, bringing over 25 years of experience in attracting talent, reducing turnover, and integrating partnerships. She is dedicated to aligning HR practices with company goals, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring competitive employee benefits. Jonathan Hammond, PE is a registered professional engineer providing comprehensive electrical analysis and complex innovative design services across diverse building types. His robust technical and business qualifications, paired with hands-on experience in business planning and project management, set him apart in the field.
Eric Kuba, PE is an organized and collaborative engineer, excelling in all levels of production, from concept to construction administration. He is an adept design team leader who values communication across disciplines to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project while providing sustainable mechanical system design.
Matthew Mason, PE, CEM offers diverse project experience, with the design of new facilities as well as identifying and implementing appropriate energy conservation measures in existing buildings. He is a strong team leader who has excelled in maintaining project schedules and budgets. His technical expertise, coupled with hands-on experience, distinguishes him as a valuable contributor in the field.
Keith McMullen, PE, LC has vast experience in project management and the design of electrical systems, carefully collaborating with each discipline. Meeting both design and client objectives, he brings proven expertise in power generation and distribution systems, lighting and lighting control systems, fire alarm systems, and low voltage systems.
Reynaldo Miller, EI, CPD is a collaborative leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. He is a skilled professional with expertise in all phases of plumbing construction and a comprehensive understanding of fire protection and life safety design principles. Rey is proficient in navigating regulatory frameworks, including the International Building Code, NFPA, and ADAAG requirements.
Peyton Woodroffe has steadily grown her AEC connections and knowledge with active participation in numerous industry organizations and supported various charitable associations with industry partners. Serving as Senior Regional Business Development Manager for the Gulf Coast, she strives to develop and maintain strong client relationships and to grow TLC’s portfolio in key markets including aviation, higher education, K-12, sports and entertainment, and commercial.
