AdventHealth Celebration Health Patient Tower

Overview

The patient tower expansion meets the local demand for health care and also the increasing number of patients served by AdventHealth Celebration. The six-story, 120-bed patient tower with a five-story ancillary support addition houses an expanded emergency department, laboratory, pharmacy, patient rooms and includes staff offices, support spaces and a mechanical penthouse.

Features

The patient tower is the first of AdventHealth’s facilities to achieve LEED Silver certification, surpassing the original goal of basic certification. The tower achieves over 50% reduction in lighting power. Energy-efficient design measures result in an overall energy cost savings of 14%, equating to more than $110,000 in annual energy savings.
