Project list

Overview

AdventHealth for Women is one of three new healthcare facilities included in AdventHealth’s comprehensive plan, the hospital’s second-largest capital investment in its 100-year history. The state-of-the-art hospital offers maternal fetal medicine, gynecology, neonatal intensive care and cardiology services. It’s equipped with 14 labor and delivery suites, 72 postpartum care beds, 3 operating rooms, mother-baby beds and high-risk beds.

Features

TLC performed a custom chiller efficiency curve analysis to determine the best chiller type to support the hospital. The results led to expanding the existing energy office building by 3,400 square feet to house a new 2000-ton dual compressor chiller and a new 2000-ton cooling tower, providing the Orlando campus with a fully redundant chiller system.
