Overview

New four-story, 82-bed greenfield hospital (designed with capacity to expand to 202 beds) with a clinical lab, 24-bed critical care unit, 24-bed progressive care unit, outpatient / non-invasive cardiology services, 11-bed LDRP unit, 24-bed med-surg unit, pharmacy, and shell space for expansion. Includes a 100,000 sf, four-story medical office building and CEP providing 1,500 tons of cooling and a paralleled generator system with 3,000kW initial capacity.
