AdventHealth Waterman Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation

Overview

The 111,000 square foot project includes an expansion of the emergency department to 58 beds and a 24-bed women and children’s unit, doubling the hospital’s emergency department capacity and increasing women and children’s services. Two floors are planned to be shelled to accommodate future growth. The flexible design can support an additional expansion of six floors. The project also includes an expansion to the central energy plant.
