New full-service, acute care hospital with a 5-story, 86-inpatient bed tower attached to an 85,0000 sf MOB and a 12,400 sf CEP, all located on a greenfield site. The CEP includes a water-cooled chiller plant with two 1500-ton centrifugal chillers.
