Overview

Celebration Pointe is transforming 125 acres of previously under-utilized land into a highly sought-after urban destination, encompassing residential housing; retail, restaurant and entertainment options; and Class A office space. The mixed-use development also houses corporate headquarters for Info Tech.

Features

TLC served as a team member since the inception of the large-scale development more than five years ago, having provided conceptual engineering services for the site work. Sustainable design features include LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures and a sophisticated lighting control system. Energy modeling results in a 22% reduction of energy compared to a baseline building.
