Overview

The facility consists of an events center, parking garage, civic center, open market and restaurant. The center features reception, pre-function, and gallery space; banquet halls; meeting rooms; offices; restaurant; and café.

Features

TLC provided engineering services for the master plan and the first phase of development. We performed CCTV camera field of view calculations to design a site-wide security system that meets the City’s expectations. We designed the audio system to provide background music capabilities as well as an audio-visual system in meeting spaces.
