The hotel has eight floors with the upper six floors devoted to 151 hotel guest rooms and suites. The first and second floors include public areas such as the registration area, main gathering space, breakfast lounge, meeting rooms and 24-hour fitness center along with an outdoor swimming spa and landscaped deck. The ground floor houses nearly 4,000 square feet of retail shell space, administrative offices and some back-of-the-house functions.
The team incorporated several sustainability measures, including a sophisticated lighting control system using task lighting or room light switching and heat effect reduction through the use of reflective roofing products. The design achieved energy reduction of 12% against a baseline building.
