Harris Technology Center

Overview

The six-story Harris Technology Center is part of Harris Technology’s 15-year master plan initiative to grow its advanced engineering facilities, while stimulating economic growth through the creation of meaningful employment opportunities. This facility includes engineering, computer and electronic labs; a multi-level conference room; collaboration spaces; a cafeteria; an executive dining room; and an exercise room.

Features

TLC provided fundamental commissioning services of the HVAC, chilled water, building automation control, domestic hot water, lighting and lighting control systems. Commissioning gave the owner assurance that all building systems performed as intended.
