Overview

The 266-room hotel features a grand lobby, 5,000 square foot ballroom with terrace and more modest 2,200 square foot ballroom, spa, retail, lounge bar and restaurant, along with a variety of meeting and conference rooms. The top floor has a sky bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for 60.

Features

A key sustainability feature of the complex is a ground-source geothermal air conditioning system, which is up to 40% more efficient than traditional systems. Geothermal pumps reduce the overall demand for potable water, a scarce resource on the island. Rooftop-mounted solar arrays produce 126kW of electrical power to help reduce energy expense, a benefit where electrical power is extraordinarily expensive.
