Landmark Hospital of Southwest Florida is a long-term acute care facility that provides aggressive, goal-directed care to patients over an extended period of time, usually 25 to 30 days. The hospital meets the long-term acute care needs of the local community by offering programs for post-stroke, post-surgery and post-cardiac patients.
The three-story, 86,676 square foot hospital features a unique curved-hall design that reduces noise and increases privacy. The first floor includes shell space that is available for lease. Operating rooms, imaging services, conference rooms, CT scan and administrative offices are located on the second floor. The third floor houses all-private patient rooms with 10 intensive care, 10 progressive care and 30 medical/surgical beds. Patients can benefit from the convenience of undergoing limited surgical procedures on-site, integrating surgery with the continuity of care.
