The Lindsay Automotive Campus brings together Lindsay Cadillac, Lindsay Lexus, and Lindsay Volvo within a unified destination for automotive sales and service. Organized across five buildings on a compact site, the campus integrates sales, service, and customer support functions to create a seamless experience across all three dealerships. EV charging stations, bike storage, and landscaped outdoor spaces create a more welcoming environment that better connects the campus to the surrounding community.
The Cadillac dealership includes a 38,575 square foot renovation of the facility, featuring updates to the exterior, sales showroom, and service center. The improvements create refreshed spaces for vehicle sales and service while supporting dealership operations. The Lexus dealership includes an 87,000 square foot, four-story showroom with vehicle displays, customer lounges, offices, and below-grade parking, along with a 92,000 square foot service facility featuring more than 64 service bays, administrative spaces, and rooftop parking.
The Volvo dealership completes the campus with two above-grade levels housing the showroom, offices, and service areas, along with two below-grade parking levels that maximize the efficiency of the compact site. Together, the Lindsay Automotive Campus provides a connected setting for three automotive dealerships, balancing operational efficiency, accessibility, and customer convenience.
