University of Central Florida Libra Parking Garage

Overview

The six-story, 1,037-space garage supports the Academic Village student housing complex and recreational/wellness complex. The garage incorporates elements of the adjacent housing complex, including standing seam metal roofs at the stair towers, decorative metal shutters and glass-backed elevators.

Features

TLC worked closely with UCF to assure goals were met and that campus standards were maintained. We engineered the provisions for emergency communications, pay stations, video surveillance and electric vehicles.
