Project list

Overview

Six new mixed-use buildings will rise in Miami’s trendy Wynwood neighborhood with the initial building offering the design flare of Italian retail clothier Diesel. The Wynwood location is desirable by providing residents a bike score of 78, a walk score of 97 meaning it is within walking distance of a fresh produce market, museums, additional shops, restaurants and community services. The developer is maximizing his investment in this highly coveted area by developing Florida’s first buildings to pursue both WELL and LEED certification.

Features

The initial building, at eight stories, will provide 143 residential units; 23,000 square feet of retail space and space for 251 vehicles, as well as rooftop amenities. Additional buildings in the planned development offer mixes of retail, residential, lodging and parking. WELL certification strategies include measures to limit idling vehicles, reducing contaminants from entering the buildings, display of drinking water quality test results, secure bicycle storage, exterior murals, and outdoor restorative space.
