Lawrin manages TLC Ft. Myers, as well as numerous projects. His strengths in energy analysis and life-cycle cost analysis and high performance designs, as well as developing TLC’s acoustical practice has resulted in strong relationships with many clients. He also serves on TLC’s Board.

David is an expert in architectural acoustics with decades of experience designing sound environments for a wide range of spaces, including performing arts centers, museums, schools, offices, and outdoor venues. Since 1983, he has helped architects and clients integrate room acoustics, sound isolation, noise and vibration control, and AV systems into cohesive designs. His work spans from master planning to commissioning. As a trumpet player, he brings a performer’s perspective while balancing practical and budgetary needs, ensuring inclusive, high-quality environments for culture, recreation, and productivity.

Paul Sawyer, with over 30 years of experience, is an integral part of TLC's acoustics team. He oversees operations in TLC's New York and Connecticut offices. A key aspect of his role involves project management, where he guides cross-functional initiatives, aligns business objectives with operational capabilities, and ensures timely and cost-effective project delivery. Paul also cultivates client partnerships, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
